MEET OUR HEAD INSTRUCTOR

JANA FINKBINER

Jana is a 10-year Fitness Industry veteran. She is a functional strength & conditioning coach, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, CrossFit Level 1 coach and a certified USA Boxing coach who has worked in both Vancouver & Los Angeles.

Jana has been boxing since 2010 while studying under well known coaches and pro fighters. She is an active boxer in the amateur scene and has been on the other side coaching fighters, cornering and volunteering at local events.

She loves the sport and admits she’s always learning and evolving. She blends her knowledge of science based training with athletic performance and brings it to her clients in an approachable, scalable way.
